Please note that the shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays or shipping delays due to flights being grounded which are unfortunately out of our control. 

If you are experiencing a shipping delay, please follow up with your chosen courier service through your tracking link as they will be able to provide you with an up to date ETA.



Any purchase that includes a Pre-Order along with in stock items will be dispatched as one parcel when the Pre-Order becomes available in our warehouse.

Pre-Order information will be displayed on the product page, our ETA is an estimate only and may arrive before or after the timeframe.

For International Express deliveries, parcels are lodged with Australia Post International and handed to your countries local postal service for delivery, i.e USPS (USA)

Please ensure you are signed up to delivery notifications for your parcel when it reaches its destination country.


Our parcels require a signature. If nobody is home to sign for it, your parcel will be taken to your local post office.

Orders are Returned to Sender after 15 days of initial delivery attempt. Please make arrangements to pick parcel up from local post office or have it redelivered. 

Old Sport is not responsible for parcels being Returned to Sender or for any custom clearance fees or delays. If a customer chooses to reject a parcel due to custom fees, the parcel may be treated as abandoned.

    • Must be unworn, free of makeup/marks/perfume
    • Must have original tags attached and returned INSIDE original protective plastic packaging.
    • Must be received by Old Sport within 14 days of delivery date
    • Sale and Sample items are final can not be returned
    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable
    • We aim to process returns within 7 days, you will be notified via email with your Store Credit once your return has been processed and approved
    • For faulty items, please email photos to within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll organise a returns postage slip for the faulty item and send you a replacement product if one is available. If a like-for-like product replacement isn't available, we'll refund your order.
    • Sale items are final and can not be returned 
    • If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above. A store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue.
    • All international customers are required to cover their return postage. 
    • Returns will be processed as a store credit
    • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns
    • Must be received by Old Sport within 30 days of delivery date
    • We do not take responsibility for incorrect address provided by customer at checkout. Once you have received a shipping confirmation we can not change the postal address. Please follow up with the shipping carrier to try and re-direct the parcel.
    • In the case of an order being sent to the wrong address provided by the customer, the parcel may be abandoned and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
    • If the item is returned to Old Sport as 'Return To Sender' in as-new condition, the customer will receive a store credit minus the cost of postage that was covered by Old Sport (Aus $20, International $40, DHL $75).

Please note:

We do not offer refunds on change of minds.

We no longer offer direct exchanges. Your store credit can be used to purchase your new style/size.

Items that don't meet the conditions above will be returned to customer at customers expense. 

We recommend returning items through traceable mail. Old Sport will not issue a credit on items that are not received or are lost in transit. Check that your chosen postal service can deliver to a PO Box before sending.
