By placing an order, you’re agreeing to this policy. If you have any questions or need help before buying, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to assist!
Store credit
- Returns are processed as store credit only.
Eligible returns criteria
- Items must be unworn, free of makeup/marks/perfume
- Items must have original tags attached and returned INSIDE original protective plastic packaging.
14-day return window
- We accept returns for up to 14 days from purchase
- In some circumstances where postage is international or there have been delays, we may extend that timeline accordingly. Contact us to organise a late return.
Faulty Items
- For faulty items, please email photos to hello@oldsport.co within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll organise a returns postage slip for the faulty item and send you a replacement product if one is available. If a like-for-like product replacement isn't available, we'll refund your order.
Processing times
- We aim to process returns within 7 days of receiving your return. You will be notified via email with your Store Credit once your return has been processed and approved
Sale items
- Sale and Sample items are final can not be returned.
Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges and changes of mind
- We do not offer refunds on change of minds.
- We do not offer exchanges. Your store credit can be used to purchase your new style/size.
Lost packages
- Old Sport will not issue a credit on items that are not received or are lost in transit. Check that your chosen postal service can deliver to a PO Box before sending. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
- Old Sport is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please contact us at your earliest to rectify, however it is not guaranteed we can update it before lodgement has begun.
Afterpay

If you have purchased through AfterPay, a store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue.
Incorrect Addresses
- We do not take responsibility for incorrect address provided by customer at checkout. Once you have received a shipping confirmation we can not change the postal address. Please follow up with the shipping carrier to organise re-direction at your earliest.
- In the case of an order being sent to the wrong address provided by the customer, the parcel may be abandoned and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
Taxes, Duties and Customs
- Refusal to pay duties and taxes does not warrant a refund. Parcels are abandoned at International customs and no refund or credit will be issued.
- Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
- Returns are not be accepted on items refused at customs.
